Garth Britton is a former global executive with extensive senior management experience in a diverse and complex cross-cultural environment. He is also an experienced consultant, facilitator and executive coach, contributing widely to organisational design and development, capability building, strategy and leadership. In addition to his consulting work he lectures in organisational behaviour, international business, corporate strategy, marketing strategy and advertising and maintains an active research programme in public sector management and strategy. Garth holds an MBA from INSEAD in France, and has completed senior management courses at IMD in Switzerland. In 2007 he completed a PhD at the ANU, developing an innovative approach to understanding the dynamics of cultural interaction within organisations.
